Crunch Time!

Doing some last minute preparations for the show this weekend. Busy week this is. I have the "Culture Shock" show then I play music with my band "All Natro" at the "One Love" concert at Aloha Tower. Should be fun! Don't sleep in this weekend!!! Aloha!!!

Sparkling wine or Champaign? all the same to me...

Painted live at a cool pool party at the Waikiki Parc Hotel this past weekend. Homies from Ground Up Pirates, Euka and Dodge were also painting it up live. It started off with me and Noa shoving peices of wood into my tiny Scion. We get there and hook up our spot only to notice that our corner looked ghetto. Erica, homegirl putting it together, gave us some white drop cloths so we blend in with the sheek seating, silver apples, and laser lights slicing through bubbles dropping. There were girls dressed as flowers floating around in the pool dancing. Not to mention an octopus lady out on deck.

There was free sparkling wine (although the bottle said from france? doesn't it make it champaign?), peppermint martini's, and pupu's for all. Noa kept the artists busy by loading us with drink after drink. If the mural isn't that pleasing to the eye it was due to NBoss! LOL! Good times though. Pretty random group of models, news casters, hotel and resturant owners, and Japanese magazines. They seemed stoked on the art. Had fun till about 9:00pm then it was off to Brew Moon for a gig with All Natro.

Rolled up to the party in my Lotus. Vallet was tripping. Orange clad outfit to match my whip.

Murals for hire!

So Keep A Breast held their annual party at Haleiwa Joes this year. I got to get down with some of Hawai'i's most talented artists from Pocket Full Of Monsters and Ground Up Pirates. The party was sick with local reggae band Sheriff Brown rocking a live set during the paint out. Each artist also did a plaster boobie mold of pro skaters, surfers, and snowboarders. I had pro skater Vanessa Torres...pics later. The boobies were auctioned off i belive in the Wyland gallery Haleiwa the following saturday. Super good fun! Stoked how it turned out!



The top team strikes again!!! Just finished this with my homie Newkon. This mural was for a new tattoo themed clothing store thats opening in the PearlRidge Shopping Mall called Hatsby. Store opens on December 5, 2008. Homie has some sick shirt print outs! This one is a must see in person to appreciate the detail. The flicks doesn't do it justice because the flash burns out all the little nic-naks. This is the second or maybe third mural we painted in Pearlridge if you count the outside baracade of Urban Flava.
